Dodgebnb Chapter 1: 7 Balls

Welcome to the early access Alpha Version 02 demo. This is a simple single player game featuring turn based battle, based on a true story about seven guys who passed away, who some of us in the Memphis area played dodgeball with, having proceeds of Chapter 1 to create a multi-sport park with different acres named after the seven guys. Almost all art, music, and sound effects will be replaced, and more gameplay features and story will be added.

19 playable characters - One playable character you meet along the way is a former dodgeball player who has become disabled, so don't bother trying to throw with this character, but you can try to go for a catch. Having this player in your party increases the chances of getting more gold when defeating enemies, which is required to advance to the next level.

63 creatures to rescue

116 enemies for a turn based battle system, Plus additional enemies in a more story based encounter system (which will be changed later as we add in the story)

4 item types - dodgeballs, burgers, wallet, and bottles of water. You can still try to catch, but the chances are less likely than that of a successful throw. Burgers increase health. Water increases stamina. Stamina is required to attempt a catch.

Music: All music in the current version (except the game over music and last characters message music, which is from the MV program and will also be replaced in a future update) are songs I made remixes of the NES Super Dodgeball game with FLStudio. All remixes plus the China and Iceland remix will be included in one of the DLC options.

Art:  ai was used for most of the art, except for the obvious exceptions, but it is only a temporary placeholder. We will search for an artist to be involved in future updates.

Chapter 2 will have proceeds going to a related cause, and will feature some of the same characters you may encounter in Chapter 1, including new playable characters.
